360 degrees of trust

High-Trust environments produce more engaged teams and effective employees.


Our 360 Degrees of Trust model works by rating a series of interpersonal competencies called the Dimensions of Trust, rated across 4 layers of hierarchy.


Trust isn’t a “soft skill” metric. It is an essential skill directly affecting speed, cost, innovation, retention, and revenue. Measuring trust gives clear insight into where culture, individuals, team dynamics, or leaders, might be unintentionally draining value.

What We Assess

  1. Self: Trust starts internally. This layer asks employees to reflect on their own behaviors and contributions to organizational culture. To what degree can they count on themselves to model trustworthiness?
  2. Supervisor: Employee engagement data shows that employees don’t leave organizations – they leave their managers. This layer serves as a foundation for focused and relevant leadership development strategies.  
  3. Team: The lived experience of organizational culture happens at the team-level with the people we interact with the most. This is where trust is felt daily.
  4. Leadership: People won’t commit to a long-term vision if they don’t trust the people steering the ship. This layer focuses on the highest level of decision-making power within your organization.


Organizational Sum: Scores across all 4 layers of the organization are calculated to provide a 360-degree view of your overall organizational health and dynamics.
